What is Broil Called on the UK models?

The Broil Function is Called Grill on some models of the Ninja Foodi. If a recipe says to use the "BROIL" function and yours doesn't have that, look for the "GRILL" function and use that. Some models of the 5 qt Ninja Foodi won't have either of these and in that case, you would use the highest bake/roast setting or the highest air crisp setting.
